- The new owner was already waiting for us at the void deck in Jurong West with his friend when we arrived. Looks like he was too excited to wait upstairs. He first contacted us through Carousell and quickly secured the bike by placing a deposit to reserve this unit. Smooth and decisive — confirm a serious rider already.

- The new owner is from Punggol. We managed to deliver the bicycle to him on the same day after he placed the order. Interestingly, quite a large portion of our buyers are from the North-East area, probably around 30–40%. I guess it might be because the cycling network there is more complete and convenient for riders.

- New owner is a Chinese lady who did her homework across all platforms before choosing us. Her main concern was after-sales support — she was worried that buying online might come with unknown bike condition and no proper help. She’s using this bike for daily commuting and to send her kid to school, so we installed a rear rack to mount the child seat.
